Terms of ServiceChild’s Own Studio provides their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you utilize our services in any way, you automatically accept these terms. Privacy Policy
1. All personal information and email addresses collected by Child’s Own Studio via www.childsown.com or any other method shall be kept confidential and strictly for the purpose it was collected.
2. No personal information or email addresses will be sold, shared or distributed to third parties in any way.
3. Email addresses submitted to Child’s Own Studio via our online system, or any other method, where the owner of the email address agrees to become a 'member' and/or subscribes to our newsletter, shall be added to our member's mailing list and receive a newsletter approximately once a month. Removal from the mailing list can be done at any time by emailing us and including the persons email address to remove from the list.
PAYMENT
Child’s Own Studio accepts payment by credit & debit cards securely through paypal. You do not have to be a member of paypal to be able to do this. You can also mail a check made payable to Child’s Own Studio and send it too 8466 South Shore Cr Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada V5P 4V6.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
*Our standard delivery charge is included in all orders in North America. We will happily ship overseas to other countries; expect to pay the shipping expenses cod (cash on delivery).
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
RETURNS
If the customer prefers, they can return the softie for a full refund. This must be done within a month of receiving the softie, and the softie must be returned undamaged and unsoiled.
